Complaints related to sanitation, water supply, drainage, street lighting, roads, property tax, public health, building permissions, or other civic services can be registered easily via NMC’s official platforms.

Once a grievance is registered, it is forwarded to the concerned department such as Sanitation, Water Supply, Drainage, Street Lighting, Health, Roads, Tax, or Building Control for necessary action.
